tos, a global leader in

Nozomi Networks, a leader
in operational visibility and real-time
cybersecurity for industrial control
systems (ICS), have announced they
will work together to provide industrial

The joint solution will help customers
decrease total cost of ownership
while implementing both analytics and
cybersecurity within industrial networks.
It improves the time to results for critical
infrastructure analytics to help drive
business value and innovation across IT
and OT environments.
Recent industry studies indicate the
number of enterprise security breaches
continues to grow. Globally, more than
six out of 10 enterprises have been
breached in the past few years. Within
ICS, three out of four customers expect a
cybersecurity attack will happen to them.
“Working with Nozomi Networks allows
us to take advantage of its Artificial
Intelligence-powered software to
map, monitor and identify threats
in some of the largest industrial
installations around the world,” said
Jerome Sandrini, Head of Big Data and

KASPERSKY LAB
RECOGNISED FOR ONLINE
BANKING SECURITY EXCELLENCE
aspersky Internet Security
has been awarded the
annual MRG Effitas Online
Banking/Browser Security Award
2017/18 after consistently passing
quarterly banking certification tests
across a 12-month period.
K
The award emphasises the solution’s
reliability and efficiency against a
growing raft of financial threats. This
is the fourth time in a row that the
company’s products have received
this award.
With over three-quarters (79%) of
consumers using a device to bank
online and 82% of people regularly
paying for goods or services online,
securing financial transactions from
cyberthreats has never been more
crucial for today’s users.
To help consumers take the right steps to
protect themselves, MRG Effitas evaluates
the quality and ability of security solutions
to protect users and their money from
the ever-growing financial threats,
awarding worthy solutions with a vendor-
independent certification.
Kaspersky Internet Security stood up
to the rigours of numerous ‘in-the-wild’
financial malware and botnet tests in
the last three quarters of 2017 and Q1
of 2018 to achieve certification. The
product was put through its paces in
real-life scenarios where online banking
transactions and shopping could become
compromised by financial malware.
