eeper Security has announced that Asite, a UK-based global SaaS company serving the construction industry,
K has deployed KeeperPAM to strengthen credential security, secrets governance and privileged access management across its global operations.
Asite helps organisations manage complex projects, including digital twins, 3D models, document control and supplier collaboration. Operating data centres across nine locations and employing more than 500 people, the company required a centralised approach to password security, secrets management and privileged access management.
Asite implemented enterprise-wide monitoring, threat tracking and reporting after replacing fragmented legacy tools with Keeper’ s unified Zero Trust platform.
The organisation identified challenges with fragmented visibility and limited control caused by browser-based password managers and legacy PAM and secrets management tools. It also needed to extend secure access controls to external partners and suppliers working on customer projects.
“ The deployment of KeeperPAM was extremely easy, one of the best in my experience,” said Tiago Rosado, Chief Information Security Officer, Asite.“ I wish other tools were as easy to deploy.”
As part of the deployment, Asite standardised password management across its workforce, replacing browser-based password managers with a centralised approach to credential security. Keeper BreachWatch enabled the IT team to identify compromised credentials, while Keeper Secrets Manager automated the creation and rotation of keys and secrets, eliminating long-lived credentials.

The report found that 56 % of UK IT and security leaders identified AI agents, agentic infrastructure and Generative AI applications as the single biggest cybersecurity risk facing their organisation. According to ExtraHop, the increasing use of autonomous AI systems and Generative AI applications has expanded the attack surface, creating new security challenges for organisations.
The report also found that 34 % of organisations experienced AI-enhanced external attacks, 32 % reported compromised AI identity and session theft and 28 % identified shadow AI exposure. Only 6 % of respondents said they were certain they had not experienced an AI-related security incident or data exposure during the past year.

“ AI is moving faster than the defences built to contain it,” said Jamie Moles, Senior Technical Manager at ExtraHop.“ When a majority of UK businesses are hitting tripwires with AI incidents and near-misses, it’ s a clear signal that organisations are flying blind. Security teams are reacting to AI-driven threats and data leaks after the fact, rather than seeing them in real-time.
“ If you don’ t have deep, network-level visibility into how AI traffic and autonomous agents are behaving, you aren’ t managing risk – you’ re just waiting for the next incident to happen.”
