RSA Security
announces
trio of product
enhancements
SA has added new capabilities
to its anti-fraud product RSA
Adaptive Authentication for
eCommerce 20.5 so customers can
more effectively detect fraudulent card
transactions while also challenging fewer
legitimate transactions.
R
It has also announced the latest
iteration of its NetWitness SIEM
platform, with improvements to threat
detection and response and has
launched a Software-as-a-Service
version of its risk management and
compliance platform, Archer.
RSA Adaptive Authentication now
incorporates key features from the
3D-Secure v2.2 protocol, an industry-
wide standard that all banks are
expected to support, in order to reduce
payment fraud and provide added
security to online payments.
RSA NetWitness Platform 11.4 is a
SIEM (Security Information and Event
Management) platform that helps
enterprises detect threats on their
network. Version 11.4 has an enhanced
user and entity behaviour analytics
(UEBA) engine that can now ingest and
analyse network meta data to identify
unknown threats.
RSA Archer SaaS, RSA’s suite of
integrated risk management tools,
is now available as a SaaS offering,
meaning enterprises can roll-out Archer
much faster and with a lower TCO and
operational burden compared to hosting
it on-premises.
With this new delivery model, customers
will also be able to access new features
and functionality quicker, and benefit
from the flexibility and scalability
benefits of the cloud.
