F oresite , an SaaS cybersecurity solutions provider , has announced that Matt Gyde has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer .

Gyde brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to Foresite and has led some of the largest companies in the cybersecurity industry . Current CEO , Robin Mayo , will stay with the company .
Prior to joining Foresite , Gyde served as President , CEO , and Board Director of NTT Security where he was responsible for a US $ 2 billion cybersecurity practice . Gyde has also held several executive roles with Dimension Data ( acquired by NTT Holdings ).
He has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions , while holding true to organic growth where it meets the market opportunity .
