Throughout her extensive career, she has developed deep expertise across a wide spectrum of domains, including Digital Transformation, project management and infrastructure development, Business Process Automation and systems analysis, strategic planning and research and development.
Hassan Mirreh, Chief Design Officer, CTS-DT Hassan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in data centre operation design and construction. Throughout his career, he has tackled some of the most challenging data centre projects across the UK, EU, USA and the Middle East, earning a reputation for delivering innovative solutions.
Currently, Hassan is at the forefront of innovation within data centre construction and operation, leveraging robotics, rugged AGV, Lidar scanning, AI / VR visualisation tools, Machine Learning, electric drives, customer robotics and aerial drones for surveying, operation and security onsite. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including DC delivery, marketing, positioning, investment ROI and strategic advisory to governments.
Dr. Basel Almourad, Associate Professor of IT in the College of Technological Innovation at Zayed University Dr. Basel Almourad is an Associate Professor of IT in the College of Technological Innovation at Zayed University. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Cardiff University in the UK. Before joining Zayed University, he was in the College of Information Technology at the University of Dubai.
Dr. Almourad’ s main research interests are in the areas of database systems and the application of data science, as well as persuasive technology. His research has also focused on HCI and Web Accessibility. marketing, positioning, investment ROI and strategic advisory to governments.
Enas Musa Al-lozi, BSc, MSc, PhD, Associate Professor at Zayed University Enas Musa Al-lozi, BSc, MSc, PhD is an Associate Professor at Zayed University. Enas has pursued her PhD in information systems and computing at a very young age from Brunel University London by the year 2011, and that gave her the opportunity of being exposed to several administrative and academic activities at an early stage of her career path.
Her expertise has helped her lead several faculty committees including the computing and e-learning committee, scientific research committee, other than participating within the AACSB and quality assurance committees.
Al-lozi oversees the international / hybrid learning programme at the faculty. Her research interests cover topics of systems analysis and design, E-business, enterprise systems, web applications and technology adoption and acceptance. She has published several research papers with local and international co-authors within highly ranked and well recognised journals.
Glyn Yates, Business Development Director, GTM International Drawing upon a rich background in strategic execution within the multi-billion-dollar technology sector of the UK, Glyn made a strategic move to the Middle East in 2011. In this capacity, he swiftly and effectively aided several tech industry titans in aligning their strategies with the unique demands of Middle East markets across the MEA region. His expertise encompassed distribution strategies and infl uential leadership with prominent vendors.
Presently, Glyn serves as a key driving force at GTM International, a company that is passionately dedicated to delivering comprehensive sales execution services for vendors. While boasting a track record of driving channel and customer success with leading technologies, GTM International works exclusively with emerging disruptors and market makers within the MEA theatre.
Mariana Missakian, Best-selling Author, TEDx Speaker, and Doctoral Candidate Mariana Missakian, known as That Mom Lady, is a storyteller, best-selling author, TEDx speaker and doctoral candidate reshaping the conversations on mothers in leadership.
In 2021, she published her motherhood memoir That Suburbia Lady, exploring authenticity, choices and identity. The book was added to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library collection in 2022, and in 2023 she was featured as a rising local author at the Emirates Literature Festival.
That same year, she delivered a TEDx talk on the power of personal stories and how they shape identities. In 2024, she launched The UNMUTE Project, a storytelling platform amplifying brave, underrepresented voices to challenge silence, systems and stereotypes.
