Customer experience matters
In the area of customer experience, PwC is named the global ISG CX Star Performer for 2025 among cybersecurity services and solution providers. PwC earned the highest customer satisfaction scores in ISG’ s Voice of the Customer survey, part of the ISG Star of Excellence programme, the premier quality recognition for the technology and business services industry.
This emphasis on customer experience reflects a broader reality: in an environment where cyberthreats evolve daily, enterprises need not only technology but also trust, communication and partnership.
Outlook: a changing threat landscape
Switzerland, with its global financial role and reputation for data privacy, remains a prime target for sophisticated cybercriminals. From SMEs to banking giants, the country’ s organisations are being forced to rethink security from the ground up.
The ISG findings suggest that demand for managed services, AI-driven detection and quantum-ready strategies will only increase. Enterprises that align with trusted providers and embed cybersecurity into the heart of Digital Transformation will be best positioned to withstand the challenges of the next decade.
