This is demonstrated not only through its solution portfolio which aims to ‘ truly address the human element of security ’ but also through commitment to regional research and insights .
Intelligent Network Security Implementation – Eskom
Systems connected to cyberspace via computer networks perform an integral part in this organisation ’ s core business and forms part of South Africa ’ s critical infrastructure .
More robust cybersecurity controls have been obtained and implemented to improve security capabilities for prevention , detection , response and recovery . Several new robust cybersecurity capabilities were implemented to augment and improve the cybersecurity posture . The winner of this award is Eskom .
Intelligent Cloud Security Implementation – Old Mutual
The winner of this award is a leading financial services provider , with a requirement to ensure clients ’ data and financial interests are protected .
This company has led by example in the FSP industry by being one of the first major insurers to fully operate in the cloud .
It worked with Palo Alto Networks to implement a governance model allowing business segments to consume and utilise CSPM and CWPP security services .
